Marwane Farchane appointed new CEO of the Hiba Foundation

The Hiba Foundation, a non-profit association working for the promotion of art and culture, announces the appointment of Marwane Fachane as Chief Executive Officer, as of September 13, 2021.

Marwane Fachane will take over the management of the Hiba Foundation to support its growth and development. This is a strategic decision aimed at strengthening the national and international presence of the association.

Holder of a diploma in International Management, Cultural Diversity and International Marketing, Marwane Fachane cumulates an experience of more than 8 years in positions of responsibility in several structures in Morocco and abroad, an asset in the present evolution of the association.

In 2020, Marwane Fachane joined the support team of the Special Commission on the Development Model (CSMD) as responsible for citizen consultations and listening and occasionally in charge of studies, in particular on the subjects of youth, digital and of the social economy.

Previously, he had joined the Drosos Foundation as program director for Tunisia. From 2016 to 2018, he led the projects and activities of the Moroccan Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (Rabat) as program manager.

Marwane Fachane says to herself “Honored and delighted to join the Hiba Foundation, and enthusiastic about the arts and culture sector in which the Foundation operates” who according to him is “A sector full of talent, openness and development, especially for the young people of our country”.
