The Maroc Telecom group has announced that the 19th edition of the Beach Festival will be held in six cities in the Kingdom from July 14 to August 21.
A press release from Maroc Telecom indicates that the Festival, which will be organized in the beaches of M’diq, El Hoceima, Tangier, Martil, Saïdia and Nador, provides a unique musical experience, bringing festival-goers closer to their favorite artists.
Launched Friday in M’diq, the Festival will welcome more than 200 artists, notes the same source, adding that this edition provides a new diversified musical program that meets the tastes of all festival-goers with more than 110 musical concerts.
Several national and international stars will take part in this edition, including Najat Atabou, Saida Charaf, Asmaa Lamnawar, Stati, Said Senhaji, L’Artiste, H-Kayn, Fnaïre, Reda Taliani, Muslim, Dizzy Dross, Dj Hamida and Douzi.
The festival will also see the participation of Zakaria Ghafouli, Mehdi Mozzayine, Aminux, Tagne, Rym, Mocci, Kouz1, Said Mosker, Karima Gouit, Issam Kamal, Mouss Mahir, Hatim Idar and Ibtissam Tisskat.
The concerts organized will include various musical styles such as Hip Hop, Rap, Fusion, Chaabi and contemporary Moroccan song, Sharqui music, Raï, Reggada and the new Moroccan scene, said the same source, stressing that the Festival represents a unique opportunity for a very wide audience to discover the richness and diversity of Moroccan music.
Since its creation in 2002, Maroc Telecom’s “Festival des Plages” has been committed to promoting social inclusion through music by offering free concerts to millions of spectators. As an event accessible to all, it aims to strengthen the social fabric and promote cultural exchange.
This event has become an unmissable event for the inhabitants of seaside towns, but also citizens who prefer the resorts of the North and the East for their holidays, to discover the richness and variety of Moroccan music, while attending to high-level artistic performances.
