Manchester United are seriously interested in Moroccan international Soufyan Amrabat but to secure his services the club will have to part ways with two players.
Alongside the Reds Devils, there is also Tottenham who are very interested in the Moroccan central midfielder and contacts have been established for several months.
But for ManU, and according to some information, the English club will have to sell 2 of its players to finance the transfer of Amrabat from Fiorentina.
The club’s management would try to make this transfer during the summer transfer window and the estimated price for Sofyan Amrabat would be 30 million euros.
According to The Independent, Manchester United have established contacts with Fiorentina and Moroccan star Amrabat but “any decision depends on sales”.
The Red Devils have set their sights on the Moroccan midfielder since his excellent performance at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and after his season with Fiorentina where he stood out as an irreplaceable player for his team.
Erik ten Hag will seek to “further strengthen his midfield” after signing Onana and a striker, hence the choice of Sofyan Amrabat.
According to the same sources, the feeling at Old Trafford would be that Scott McTominay and another player should be sold to finance Amrabat, especially if the prices for Onana and Hojlund who are among the main targets of the attack, exceed the current budget.
