The 2023 finance law has provided for a measure in favor of owners of vehicles over 10 years old liable to the special annual tax on vehicles (TSAV) and wishing to withdraw them permanently from circulation.
They can, in fact, regularize their situation, through the spontaneous payment of the LICAT for the last year due, during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
This advantage is subject to the condition of producing a document justifying the definitive withdrawal of the vehicle from circulation, in accordance with the provisions of the legislative and regulatory texts in force.
