The president of the Libyan Football Federation (FLF), Abdelhakim Al-Shalmani, was elected, Thursday in Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire, member of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the North Africa Zone ( UNAF).

The Libyan obtained 38 votes against only 15 for his Algerian rival, Djahid Zefzef, who failed to join the CAF Executive Committee.
