A brigadier working in a health center of the national security in Sale and suspected of possession of drugs and psychotropic drugs, is the subject of a judicial investigation opened Friday by the Brigade of the judicial police of Larache under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
A press release from the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN) specifies that elements of the judicial police had intercepted the suspect in flagrante delicto for possession of psychotropic tablets and 206 grams of chira, noting that he was placed in custody in vue for the needs of the investigation carried out under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office in order to elucidate the circumstances of this case and to determine the possible ramifications of this criminal activity.
At the same time, the DGSN decided to temporarily suspend the police officer in question, pending the completion of the investigation to decide on the administrative formalities imposed by the special status of national security personnel.
