King Mohammed VI received a message of congratulations from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, on the occasion of Independence Day.
In this message, Mr. Widodo addresses to the sovereign, in his own name and on behalf of the Indonesian government and people, his warm congratulations and his best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the Moroccan people.
“Morocco is an important cooperation partner for Indonesia in the North African region”, wrote the Indonesian president, stressing that the joint efforts made in recent years have resulted in remarkable achievements in relations bilateral. “Our two countries are now not only close friends of mutual trust, but also good partners with mutual benefits,” said the Indonesian head of state.
While emphasizing the great importance of the development of bilateral relations, Mr. Widodo seizes this opportunity to reiterate his readiness to work together with the King to raise the friendship between the two countries to a higher level.
