Nice distinction for Kamal Lahlou. The vice-president of the Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM) received the Grand Cordon of sports merit from the Association of World Olympic Committees which holds its General Assembly in Crete, which brings together more than 200 countries.
Kamal Lahlou reacted strongly to this distinction of which he is proud, “Fruit of the efforts deployed in the service of the Olympism at the national, continental and international level”.
It is an international recognition of Lahlou’s journey within the Olympic movement, of his dedication and of his competence. It is also a distinction for Moroccan Olympism and the role it plays within international bodies.
Kamal Lahlou is also vice-president of the Association of African National Olympic Committees (ANOCA), president of the ANOCA Marketing Commission and a member of those of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and ANOC.
