The National U18 eleven lost this Saturday in Oran to the Italian selection (1-2), on behalf of the semi-finals of the Mediterranean Games football tournament, which take place in Algeria.
The Italians took the lead thanks to a double from Antonio Raimondo (55′ and 63′), while the Nationals reduced the gap in added time on a penalty converted by Yassin Khalifi (90’+3).
In the other semi-final, France beat Turkey 2-0.
The final and the match for third place will be played on Monday, and will pit Italy against France and Morocco against Turkey respectively.
