The First Lady of the United States of America, Jill Biden, arrived on Saturday afternoon in Marrakech for a visit to Morocco.
When she got off the plane at Marrakech-Menara airport, Jill Biden was greeted by Princess Lalla Hasnaa.
After reviewing a guard of honor from the Auxiliary Forces, Princess Lalla Hasnaa and the First Lady of the United States of America were greeted by Karim Kassi-Lahlou, Wali of the Marrakech-Safi region, governor of the prefecture of Marrakech, Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, President of the Municipal Council of Marrakech, and Samir Koudar, President of the Regional Council.
Princess Lalla Hasna and Jill Biden were also greeted by the Ambassador of the United States of America to Morocco, Puneet Talwar, and his wife Sattar Sarash, as well as by the Consul General of the United States of America in Casablanca, Lawrence Randolph.
Subsequently, the First Lady of the United States of America, Jill Biden, who is accompanied during this visit by her daughter Ashley Biden and her sister Bobby Jacobs, was invited to the traditional milk offering ceremony and of dates.
After a break in the Salon d’honneur of Marrakech-Menara airport, the procession of Princess Lalla Hasnaa and the First Lady of the United States of America headed for the place of residence of the illustrious guest of the Kingdom.
