Iraq expressed on Friday its support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom and the efforts of the UN and its central role in reaching a political solution.
“On the Sahara issue, Iraq supports the territorial integrity of the Kingdom and the efforts of the United Nations and their central role in reaching a political solution”underlined a joint press release made public at the end of the talks in Rabat between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita and his Iraqi counterpart, Fouad Hussein, held on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition against Daesh.
The head of Iraqi diplomacy is on a visit to Morocco during which he took part in the work of the Ministerial Meeting of the World Coalition against Daesh, organized on May 11 in Marrakech.
