The overall volume recorded on the secondary market continued to rise, totaling some 14.9 billion dirhams (MMDH) during the period from July 27 to August 03, against 9.5 billion dirhams a week earlier, according to BMCE Capital Global Research ( BKGR).
41% of this volume is polarized by trade in medium-term maturities, specifies BKGR in its recent “Fixed Income Weekly” note. Concerning the secondary curve, the greatest variations, during the same period, were recorded downwards on the 5-year line (-8.2 basis points (bps) at 2.22%) and upwards on the 30 years (+5.9 bps at 3.42%).
