Hyundai records a sales record in Morocco, despite the supply problems facing the entire sector. Indeed, Hyundai has risen to the 3rd position of the best-selling car brands in Morocco for the second time in a row.
The brand, which also achieved a record market share of 7.8% over the past 5 years, recorded a total of 13,600 sales at the end of December 2021, an increase of 41% compared to 2020, s ‘thus in line with the general market trend which recorded an evolution of 32%.
This performance is mainly explained by the renewal of its entire range of passenger cars, namely i10, i30, Accent, Créta, Tucson and Santa Fe, as well as the strengthening of its Hybrid range with the introduction of a version exclusive of its SONATA HYBRID sedan equipped with a solar panel roof and the launch of the Hyundai KONA Hybrid compact SUV.
In the SUV segment, the first segment of the Moroccan automotive market, Hyundai is No. 1 in sales of SUVs in Morocco thanks to a more innovative and diversified range with new dynamic and modern designs as well as advanced technology to meet the needs of any its customers.
