The Royal Moroccan Football Federation’s (FRMF) Ethics Commission has announced its decisions concerning the incident between Abdelilah Ibrahimi, Raja’s official spokesman and head of communications, and AS FAR player Zakaria El Habti, during the Classico played last Sunday at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Complex.
The Raja spokesman has been suspended for 2 years from all football-related activities, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation said on Thursday, for his unsportsmanlike gesture. He had spat at the player.
Found guilty of contempt, insult and trespassing on the pitch, Ibrahimi will be fined MAD 100,000.
Meanwhile, Zakaria El Habti was suspended for 5 matches and fined MAD 100,000 for contempt, insult and attempted assault.
