Real Madrid formalized on Saturday the arrival of French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni for six seasons.
“Real Madrid CF and AS Monaco have agreed on the transfer of Aurélien Tchouaméni, who will be linked to the Spanish club for the next six seasons”, announced the Spanish champion in a press release.
The presentation of Aurélien Tchouaméni as a new Real Madrid player will take place on Tuesday June 14 at the Cité Sportif du Real Madrid, after his medical examination.
The 22-year-old international is the only player from the French selection to have started in the first three matches of the Blues (against Denmark, Croatia and Austria) in Group 1 of the League of Nations.
Arriving in Monaco from Bordeaux in January 2020 for a transfer of 20 million euros, Tchouaméni joined Real Madrid for 80 million euros, plus 20 million in bonuses, according to the specialized Spanish press.
