A Council of Government will be held next Thursday under the chairmanship of the head of government Aziz Akhannouch, said a statement from the department of the head of government on Monday.
At the beginning of its work, the Council will examine four draft decrees, the first modifies and supplements the decree relating to the application of the law on freedom of prices and competition, while the second modifies and supplements the decree implementing of the law on the Competition Council, specifies the same source.
The third draft decree, continues the press release, sets the skills and organization of the administrative reform sector, while the fourth text concerns the creation of a general direction of digital transition while setting its skills and its organization. The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to high office in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concludes.
