To stay true to the spirit of the Indiana Jones films, the production visited North Africa, Sicily and various sites in the United Kingdom to capture the spectacular landscapes that serve as the backdrop for this new adventure.

Thus, part of the film was shot in Morocco. The exteriors were shot in the city of Fez, then in Sicily, Scotland and England, as well as in Pinewood studios, in the suburbs of London for the interior scenes.
