Extension of the flat-rate indemnity for the benefit of several sub-sectors

The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announced this Friday, April 30, the extension of the period for benefiting from the flat-rate compensation in favor of all employers who exercise in the sub-sectors of catering and catering activities. events, as well as spaces for entertainment and games, impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, and which meet the conditions stipulated in decrees n ° 2.21.227 and 2.21.228.

This extension will apply from January 1, 2021 to the end of June 2021, for employees and trainees under an integration contract, on temporary work stoppage due to the pandemic, and who were declared to the CNSS in February 2020, as well. that those who were during the said month in a state of illness, maternity or work accident let the CNSS know in a press release which Hespress Fr holds copy.

This extension will also apply from September 1, 2020 to the end of December 2020, and exceptionally, for employees and trainees under an integration contract, who were in a state of illness, maternity or work accident in February 2020. and not having previously benefited from compensation under Decree No. 2.20.887, reports the same source.

Thus, employers, wishing to benefit the aforementioned workers from the lump sum compensation, financed by the Special Fund for the Management of the Covid-19 Pandemic established under high Royal instructions, must declare them via the portal covid19.cnss.ma from ‘today, Friday April 30 and until June 3, 2021 for the period from September 2020 to May 2021, and from June 16, 2021 to July 3, 2021, for the month of June 2021, explains the CNSS.

The CNSS thus recalls having made available to those concerned a video tutorial and an explanatory guide which can be consulted on its official website, as well as on its official pages on social networks.
