The Moroccan Pavilion at “Expo Dubai 2020 ″ houses a photo exhibition titled“ From Al-Quds to Rabat: Crossed Smiles, ”which draws up aspects of genuine Moroccan support for the Palestinian cause through the country’s enormous efforts. Al-Quds Committee, chaired by King Mohammed VI.
The exhibition, which runs until December 3, highlights aspects of the Sovereign’s actions to support the Palestinian position, through its legitimate institutions, in terms of political and legal work, through photographs. archives of the last session of the Al-Quds Committee and hearings granted by the King to the President of the Palestinian National Authority, Mahmoud Abbas.
Encompassing more than 20 paintings, the exhibition includes photographs of the historic reception granted by the King, Amir Al-Mouminine, on March 30, 2019 in Rabat, to the Pope of the Vatican, and which was crowned by the signature of the ” Call of Al-Quds ”, whose spirit is inspired by the symbolism of the Holy City and its considerable place among the followers of the three monotheistic religions.
Organized by the Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency, reporting to the Al-Quds Committee, the exhibition devotes a space to the human ties that characterize the relationship of Moroccans with their Palestinian brothers, by presenting photos of the audiences and receptions granted by the Sovereign. , accompanied by Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, to the children of Al-Quds participating in the editions of the holiday camps organized in their favor in Morocco.
The exhibition also evokes the joy of the children of the city of Al-Quds during their previous visits to Morocco, in recognition of the love that Moroccans have for them and their solidarity with their Palestinian brothers, a solidarity that consecrates an honorable history of cohesion, synergy and support, spanning over 1,000 years, paving the way for hope and building confidence in a better future for generations of the Palestinian people.
