As part of its research activities and its contribution to the scientific influence of Sultan Moulay Slimane -Béni Mellal University, the National School of Applied Sciences of Khouribga (ENSAK) organized the 2nd edition of the study day on: “Entrepreneurship: what strategy for supporting young people with innovative projects? “.
This scientific event enabled engineering students to discuss with professionals and practitioners from the public and private sectors on the development, operation and support methods for innovative projects in Morocco. In this sense, the interventions and contributions of a large number of eminent speakers focused on the policy of improving the business environment in Morocco, tax measures and incentives in favor of innovation, the promotion of employment and support for young people with innovative projects in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region and the main constraints to innovative entrepreneurship in Morocco.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Nabil Hmina, President of Sultan Moulay Slimane University, underlined in particular that the University “will spare no effort in strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit and culture by organizing more national and international conferences and providing quality training to promote employment opportunities and support for young people with innovative projects ”.
Likewise, Prof. Mohammed Sajieddine, Director of ENSAK, specified that “the choice of this theme fits perfectly into the current context of our country marked by the debate on the development model. He added, in this sense, that the University as a main actor in the development process of the country and as a fertile ground for the emergence of innovative ideas increasingly encourages students to embrace it. invest. Thus, the ENSAK, through the organization of this kind of scientific meetings, claims to give the opportunity to engineering students to explore the opportunities offered in terms of innovative entrepreneurship while making them aware of the constraints they may encounter ” .
This study day ended with the signing of a partnership agreement between ENSAK and the Regional Investment Center of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region with the aim of developing thematic projects and supporting engineering students. and ENSAK laureates, in particular through support for business creation and the stimulation of entrepreneurship among engineering students and ENSAK laureates through the exchange of experiences and expertise and joint organization of a series of scientific projects and events between the two stakeholders with the association of other public and private partners. It is also a question of supporting and accompanying them before and after the creation of companies, in particular via the IZDIHAR program.
Likewise, the agreement aims to support ENSAK engineering students in their research work and internship projects and to facilitate their access to the network of public and private institutional actors and socio-professional organizations in the Beni Mellal region. -Khenifra.
