This individual put up fierce resistance to the elements of the police by endangering their safety, which forced the police brigadier to use his service weapon by firing three bullets, including one warning bullet, adds the DGSN, which specifies that a bullet hit the lower limbs of the suspect who was neutralized and arrested.
The respondent was placed under medical supervision in hospital, pending submission to the judicial inquiry conducted under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office in order to elucidate the circumstances of this case.
