The King’s Attorney General at the Beni Mellal Court of Appeal denied on Wednesday the information published on a social network about the arrest of the King’s Prosecutor in Fkih Ben Salah for the murder of his wife.
Following the publication on a YouTube channel called “news news” of information illustrated by photos of a woman and judicial officials, according to which the King’s Prosecutor in Fkih Ben Salah was arrested for the murder of his wife, the Public Prosecutor of the King at the Beni Mellal Court of Appeal specifies, in a press release, that “This information is false and completely unfounded”.
The same source added that this confirmation “has undermined the status of the said judicial official”.
Consequently, continues the press release, the General Prosecutor’s Office has instructed the competent judicial police services to initiate an investigation aimed at determining the ins and outs of the publication of this ” false information “, stressing that the legal consequences will be defined, in the light of the conclusions of the investigation.
