King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence to Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom, following the death of her husband, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
In this message, the King indicates that he has learned with “great sorrow of the death of Your beloved husband, His Royal Highness, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh”. “May He rest in peace”, writes the Sovereign. On this sad occasion, the King expresses to Queen Elizabeth II, to all the members of the august royal family and to the British people His personal condolences and His deep sympathy as well as those of the Moroccan people.
