The 2022 budget bill (PLF) proposes the creation of 26,860 budget items for next year, distributed among the ministerial departments and institutions according to the table integrated into the PLF.
Among these budgetary posts, 350 posts are intended for the Head of Government who is empowered to distribute them among the various ministerial departments and institutions, of which 200 posts are reserved for the benefit of people with disabilities, indicates the presentation note of PLF-2022. .
In addition to the aforementioned posts, it is proposed to create 700 additional budgetary posts, for the benefit of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation intended to regularize the situation of civil servants holding a doctorate degree who are recruited by competitive examination as an assistant professor, the same source said.
Budget posts occupied by those concerned in the ministerial departments or institutions to which they belong will be abolished.
In addition, it is planned to create 17,000 posts for the benefit of the Regional Academies of Education and Training (AREF), including 15,000 posts for the recruitment of teachers and 2,000 posts for the recruitment of educational and administrative support staff at the school level.
