The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announced on Friday the extension until next May of the granting of the lump sum compensation for the benefit of employees and trainees who carry out their activities in the tourist sector who have been impacted by the consequences of the Covid- 19.
A press release from the CNSS, intended for all operators working in the tourism sector who have been impacted by the pandemic crisis, indicates that the granting of the lump sum compensation, financed by the Special Fund for the management of the pandemic of coronavirus Covid-19, instituted on High Royal Instructions, will be extended from January to next May. This measure also concerns the category of tourist guides, adds the same source.
Tourist operators, who want their employees to benefit from this financial support for the periods relating to the month of March 2021 and before, are invited to declare them via the covid19.cnss.ma portal, from Friday until May 3. , specifies the press release.
Taking into account the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, the granting of compensation will take place from April 13 for people who will be declared on the portal from today until April 7, and at from May 10 for the others, we continue.
For the months of April and May 2021, the declaration of employees will begin from April 16 to the 3 of the following month.
