The filing of complaints relating to material errors related to the results of the tests for the normal session of the standardized regional baccalaureate exam session 2023 will be made exclusively through the electronic system dedicated to this purpose, announced the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports.
In a press release, the ministry informs “candidates who have passed the tests for the normal session of the standardized regional baccalaureate examination for the 2023 session, that the filing of complaints relating to material errors related to the results obtained, will be made exclusively, through the electronic complaints management system”.
As a result, no complaint received outside this system will be processed, specifies the same source, adding that school candidates wishing to submit their requests can access this electronic system through their “Massar” accounts, via the link: (
