The Moroccan Pension Fund (CMR) was rewarded by the International Social Security Association “ISSA” by receiving four international certificates.
These distinctions were awarded to the CMR during the Regional Social Security Forum for Africa, held from May 17 to 19, 2023 in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) on the challenges of social welfare and the sustainability of protection systems. in the countries of the continent, specifies the Fund.
Thus the CMR has been awarded the following certificates:
• The Certificate of Excellence in Good Governance after the successful implementation of the new version of the Association’s guidelines in this area.
• The certificate of merit with special mention for setting up an Open lab: collaborative space for innovation.
• The certificate of merit for the program “Comprenons la retirement”: a concept to popularize the legal and technical concepts and terminology related to the rights and obligations of users.
• A certificate of good practice for the establishment of a self-service area for the benefit of users.
These certificates testify to an international recognition of the dynamics of excellence in which the CMR fits to consolidate the principles of good governance, transparency, innovation and the improvement of the quality of the services that it offers to the citizen, in accordance with royal guidelines.
Note that the International Social Security Association is an international organization created in 1927 for institutions, ministries and public agencies working in the field of social security.
Its main missions are to promote cooperation between the Social Security organizations of the member countries, to encourage the exchange of their experiences as well as the study of common problems.
