The trend was mixed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange on Wednesday in the first exchanges, the Masi yielding 0.05% to 11,532.75 points, while the MSI20 posted a symbolic increase of 0.04% to 940.75 points.
A few minutes after the opening, the Madex, a compact index made up of stocks quoted on a continuous basis, lost 0.05% to 9,373.86 points.
Regarding international indices, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 index rose 0.06% to 10,519.49 points and the FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid gained 0.04% to 9,863.38 points.
The benchmark Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) “Casablanca ESG 10”, for its part, gained 0.05% to 879.01 points.
On the value side, SM Monétique soared 1.84% at the start of the session, ahead of Sonasid with + 1.68%, Lesieur Cristal (+ 1.16%) and Total Maroc (+ 0.87%).
Conversely, Delta Holding showed the biggest drop with -1.9%, followed by Taqa Morocco which lost 1.83%, AtlantaSanad (-0.87%) and Disway (-0.69%).
In terms of the most active stocks, Total Maroc drained 1.016 million dirhams (MDH), SM Monétique 340,080 dirhams and Disway 229,600 dirhams.
