The Terranga Lions ensured their qualification for the final of the African Cup of Nations (CAN 2021), beating Burkina Faso in the semi-finals by 3 goals to 1.
Abdou Diallou (71st), Idrissa Gueye (76th) and Sadio Mané (87th) allowed the Teranga Lions to reach their second final in a row. Blati Touré reduced the score for the Stallions in the 82nd minute. In the quarter-finals, Senegal beat Equatorial Guinea 3-1, while Burkina Faso defeated Tunisia (1-0).
The second semi-final must oppose, Thursday, Egypt to Cameroon.
