Auction: “A Moroccan Winter”, December 30 in Marrakech

The international auction house, Artcurial Maroc is organizing on December 30, 2021 at La Mamounia in Marrakech, the 5th edition of the unmissable event for art lovers, “A Moroccan Winter”.

Artcurial Maroc specifies in a press release that this sale will consist of three major sessions: “Majorelle and its Contemporaries” with works, in particular by Dinet, Girardet, Roubtzoff, Legrand, Ackein, “Modern and Contemporary Art” including works by artists such as Chaibia, Melehi, Glaoui, Cherkaoui, Matisse, Miro, Picasso, Hartung and Chagall as well as “Contemporary African Art” comprising works by Sidibé, Keita, Pilipili, Moke, Bertiers and Aboudia.

“If you wish to include works in this sale, our specialists in Marrakech and Paris are at your disposal for any free and confidential estimates,” she indicates.

Here is the program announced by the auction house:

• Catalog close: Mid-November 2021

• Auction at La Mamounia, Marrakech: Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 4 p.m. (French time)

• Public exhibition of a selection of works in Casablanca: From Tuesday December 14 to Thursday December 17, 2021, from 11 am to 8 pm Galerie Venise Cadre Casablanca

• Public exhibition in Marrakech: From Sunday December 26 to Wednesday December 29, 2021, from 11 am to 8 pm Thursday December 30, 2021, from 11 am to 1 pm At La Mamounia, Marrakech.
