The Atlas Lions retained their title of Arab champion, after their victory (3-0), this Tuesday in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, during the final of the 6th Arab Futsal Cup, in front of the Iraqi formation.
Undefeated during the group stage, Hicham Dguig’s men continued their epic victory in the quarter-finals against the Libyan team (3-0) before dominating Egypt in the semi-finals (5-2).
During this competition, the Atlas Lions scored 46 goals and conceded 6.
As a reminder, during the 2021 edition held in Egypt, the Moroccan national team won its first title by beating the host team in the final by 4 goals to 0.
Note that this sixth edition of the Arab Futsal Cup is co-organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA) and the Saudi Football Federation.
