By billing method, the prepaid mobile fleet fell by 0.34% to 43.79 million subscribers, while the postpaid mobile fleet increased by 3.67% to 5.67 million subscribers, adds the Agency, noting that the breakdown by operator shows Itissalat Al-Maghrib in the lead with a market share of 39.02%, ahead of Medi Telecom (33.48%) Wana Corporate (27.5%).
It also notes that the voice traffic leaving mobile telephony, corresponding to the sum of the minutes consumed by subscribers (including IN roamers) during the first quarter, stood at 13.71 million minutes, in down 3.16%, as the average monthly outgoing usage per mobile customer reached 92 minutes / month.
In addition, further notes the ANRT, outgoing SMS traffic, which corresponds to the sum of SMS sent during a given quarter by customers of all telephone operators, recorded 597 million SMS, down 6.65%.
