Sofyan Amrabat has the wind in its sails in Serie A. After the interest of Atalanta, and Torino, the Moroccan international is announced in insistence on the side of Naples who had previously been seduced by the Lion of the Atlas.
Sofyan Amrabat could leave Fiorentina during the last days of the summer transfer window. According to information from Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the purple club have already refused Atalanta’s offer but Napoli have joined the race with a much more enticing offer.
Nordin’s little brother has joined club Florence after scoring the fantastic first part of the 2019/2020 season under the colors of Verona. In January last year, the club had already fought for his signing with Napoli, before winning the 25-year-old.
At the time, Hellas Verona exercised the call option, worth around € 3.5million, after Amrabat loaned out to Club Brugge, after which the defensive midfielder was was immediately sold to the Viola for 10 million euros.
Now Fiorentina seem ready to give up their midfielder who has played 33 games in their team, scoring no goals and providing no assist.
The Neapolitan club are looking for a new defensive midfielder, but bringing in Amrabat could prove extremely difficult due to the length of his contract, which runs until the end of June 2024.
