ANAPEC: Integration of 112,733 people into the labor market in 2021

The 2021 report of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) was marked by the integration of 112,733 people into the labor market.

This figure represents an increase of 31% compared to the year 2020, a sign of a post-covid economic recovery, indicates ANAPEC, which held its Board of Directors on Friday, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, Younes Sekkouri.

And to add that the past year has seen the improvement of the employability of 29,315 people. The beneficiaries of the Agency’s services are around 148,392 people for job placement interviews and 97,068 people for job search workshops.

With regard to entrepreneurial support, the Agency supported 5,544 project leaders, which generated the creation and start-up of 2,079 economic activities between Very Small Enterprises (TPE), Income Generating Activities (IGA) and cooperatives.

The year 2021 also saw several major projects for ANAPEC, in particular the launch of the complete overhaul of its Information System as well as the development of a digital platform for observing the Mouakaba- WATCH and an aggregation platform for Mouakaba-AGREG job offers.
