The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) said that at the end of February 2021, capital raising reached 9.27 billion dirhams (billion dirhams), against 7.73 billion dirhams during the same period of 2020.
In a note on its monthly capital market indicators for the month of February 2021, the AMMC specifies that these fundraising are spread over bond issues (1.48 billion dirhams) and issues of negotiable debt securities (7.79 billion dirhams) .
These indicators also show a drop in outstanding securities lending transactions by 1% to MAD 25.6 billion.
As for collective investment undertakings in transferable securities (UCITS), their net assets increased by 6.18% to MAD 555.53 billion on February 26th.
