In order to simplify and accelerate the journey of its policyholders in the event of an automobile claim, Allianz Maroc is inaugurating a new management platform with an expertise process at the accident site.
This launch comes just two months after the establishment of a one-stop shop for the end-to-end processing of glass breakage claims, underlines the Allianz Group.
The new platform will operate in pilot mode covering the city of Rabat before generalization throughout the territory by next June.
Called “Allianz 7dak”, this platform aims to support policyholders 24/7 with a physical presence at the accident site, faster treatment and faster reimbursement.
In the event of a claim, the insured person contacts the Company’s assistance services. Within 30 minutes, an expert is dispatched to the site to assist the insured in the establishment of the joint report and to carry out the expertise of the damaged vehicle. In the event of eligibility, the customer is offered a flat-rate agreement that he can accept in situ with an instantaneous materialization of said agreement.
Failing this, other routes will be offered to the insured by his insurance advisor with proactive notification at each stage of the processing of his claims file until he is compensated.

This project is part of the transformation projects initiated by the Company, which intends to make service quality a real lever of differentiation.
