The head of government, Aziz Akhannouch, praised, Thursday in Rabat, the efforts made in the field of the digitization of real estate procedures and land conservation operations, in particular the success of the total dematerialization of real estate transactions.
The head of government stressed that 1,650 notaries have, since September 15, 2021, filed their files exclusively electronically, via the highly secure digital platform under the National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC), said the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with the Parliament, Government Spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, during a press conference after the Council.
Some 1.6 million certificates are produced and signed digitally each year, each of which is associated with a unique code allowing its verification, said Aziz Akhannouch, adding that each document issued by notaries bears a non-falsifiable electronic signature and ensures full traceability of operations.
The Head of Government further indicated that the archiving process for files filed by notaries with land agencies throughout the Kingdom is completely digital.
