The Minister underlined that multilateral international cooperation contributes to the realization of many important projects, specifying that his department is thus committed to instilling a new dynamic, particularly with a view to the integration of young people into the economic and entrepreneurial fabric.

The problem of youth today comes down mainly to employment, a situation which requires working to offer them new opportunities, he noted.

In accordance with this joint plan, which concerns the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Morocco, UN-Habitat in Morocco, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Morocco and the UNESCO Office for Maghreb, strategic mechanisms will be strengthened to consolidate fruitful relations with regional and international organizations and to support the capacities of the youth, culture and institutional and technical communication sectors, in addition to carrying out pilot projects in different regions of the Kingdom.
It will thus focus on the support of the new generation to the role of youth, the analysis of the situation of Moroccan youth and the capacity building of young people in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.
