The problem of access of the last promotion of the holders of the doctorate and the diploma “Alimiya” to the profession of Adoul “has been definitively resolved”, indicated the Ministry of Justice and the National Authority of adouls.
In a joint statement following a meeting on Monday of Justice Minister Mohamed Ben Abdelkader with the executive office of the Authority chaired by Mohamed Sassioui, the two parties praised the office’s decision to grant the same facilities than those offered to the 2018 promotion in terms of access to the Adoul profession.
It was also agreed to set up a joint commission made up of officials from the ministry and members of the National Authority of Adouls, to oversee the examination of the draft revision of the law governing the profession and related issues.
The two parties also expressed their determination to continue the action with the same spirit of trust, collaboration and coordination, according to an approach marked by dialogue and communication, in order to resolve all the problems and consolidate the links of partnership on issues of common interest, in the service of the profession.
