The Court of Tarascon has just rendered a judgment condemning the Confédération Paysanne, a French trade union organization used in the judicial harassment of the Morocco-EU agricultural agreement, which constitutes a new legal setback for the “polisario” and its relays in France.
This new French legal disavowal comes a few weeks after that which the High Court of London had imposed on the supporters of the Polisario in the United Kingdom.
The action of the Confédération Paysanne purported to prohibit IDYL, the French company specializing in the marketing of fruit and vegetables from Morocco, including the Southern Provinces, from distributing its products and condemn it to court (penalties and damages for alleged damages suffered).
