Under the sign ” tailor-made offers “, the economic capital of the Kingdom is home to the 6th edition of real estate fair ” Al Omrane Expo », organized by the Al Omrane group from December 22 to 25, 2022 at the plein ciel paradise Ain Diab.
Held in a hybrid version combining both an exhibition format and a digital platform, the opening ceremony of the Show began with an inaugural conference on the theme of “ urban planning: a lever for integrated development », in which took part alongside the President of the Al Omrane group, Badre Kanouni, the Wali of the Casablanca-Settat Region, the Governors of the Casablanca constituencies, the Mayor of Casablanca, the President of the Casablanca Settat Region, the Secretary General of the Department of Regional Planning, the Presidents of Federations and Professional Associations and several other senior officials and personalities of the Administration, Public Enterprises and the real estate sector in Morocco.
Beyond the topicality of the theme chosen for this conference, the organizers explain that they wanted above all to draw attention to the major issues of sustainability and the imperative need to apprehend it collectively and in a spirit convergence and pooling of efforts. And this in accordance with the high Royal Guidelines and recommendations of the Kingdom’s New Development Model and the commitments made by our country at the international level.
It is precisely in this sense that the intervention of the Chairman of the Management Board of Holding Al Omrane took place who, by recalling the missions of his group, insisted on underlining the centrality of the question of sustainable development, social responsibility and societal and innovation and research, development, in the strategy for the development and implementation of public programs set up by the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Town Planning, Housing and Policy of the City, which entrusted its implementation to the Al Omrane group at the territorial level.
He also called for a policy of anticipation in public action based on the expertise of its public operators such as Al Omrane, in order to avoid the additional costs of remedial actions and ensure better control of sustainable urban development and this through main levers such as the sharing of the vision and strategic choices of the State at the central level and its practical application at the territorial level, the public operationalization of this vision, the partnership and contracting as a modus operandi and the use of innovation and development research
Placed under the aegis of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, this national real estate meeting confirms, according to the organizers, through the regularity of its national editions and those intended for Moroccans around the world, its driving role in the policy of promoting the real estate offer and the investment opportunities that the multiple projects carried out by the Al Omrane group throughout the national territory make it possible to available to citizens and to the different categories of national promoters.
Al Omrane Expo 2002, which extends over an area of more than 1000 m2 aims this year to attract a very large number of visitors and reach a wider range of prospects through its digital format.
Thus, it was explained that the configuration of the Show in the form of two wings hosting the stands of the Regional Companies of the group in the 12 regions of the Kingdom and bordering a large central island reserved for the various partners involved in the process of financing and land registration, gives it fluidity and user-friendliness, facilitating access to the various offers and making contact with the various exhibitors.
