The Embassy of France announced, this Tuesday, March 22, the provision of an special ferry which will make the Tangier Med-Marseille crossing on Saturday March 26, 2022.
According to the French Embassy, this ferry will allow French people, European citizens and permanent residents of France traveling in a vehicle registered in Europe to return by sea.
“People who had registered for the crossing on March 12 and had not been contacted by the company La Méridionale, will be called in priority. There is no need for them to fill out the form again”adds the same source.
Regarding the rates, they will be set exclusively by the shipping companies. The French authorities are in no way responsible for the commercial and pricing policy of private companies, specifies the Embassy.

The Moroccan port is thus far ahead of several major ports in this category, completed by the port of Los Angeles, which has an anchorage time of 5.9 days.
