A 9th edition of IRSEC in virtual mode

After the success of the eight previous editions of the international conference on renewable energies (IRSEC), the 9th edition will be held from November 23 to 27, 2021 remotely. November 19, 21 and 22 will be dedicated to tutorials and other related activities.

The official inauguration of the 9th edition of IRSEC will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 9 a.m. remotely. Placed under the aegis of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, this brand event is organized by the Mediterranean Space for Technology and Innovation (MSTI), in partnership with the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN), Mohammed V University – Rabat (UM5), Abdelmalek Essaadi – Tetouan University and several other national and international organizations.

Thousands of participants from around the world will participate remotely in this event, the organizers said in a statement, noting that the previous edition of IRSEC saw the participation of more than 1,500 participants from 76 countries.

Thanks to the 8 previous editions, IRSEC has become an essential space for exchange and transfer of technology for experts, researchers and manufacturers, underlines the same source. Thus, forty confirmed international experts will present the latest technologies in the fields of Renewable energies, Energy Storage, and Energy efficiency, representing the following countries: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Spain, United States, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

A rich and varied scientific program is also expected, while several workshops and special sessions are scheduled, concludes the organizers.
